Ash has great knowledge of strength training and weight loss. From machines, to free weights, bars to body weight. Posture, technique and safety first. If you want to get stronger, fitter and leaner, book some sessions with Ash.

If you are serious about getting results this is the perfect package for you. 2 PT Sessions per week PLUS the Unlimited Bootcamp & Gym membership for just $99 per week. This membership is on a 13 week contract.
30 minute one on one sessions- use as you please within 6 months - $44 per session - Paid up front
Train in a team of 6 with our head coach.
45 minute strength sessions. Morning and Night sessions available.
Any PT requirements can be catered to. ASk craig about any ideas you have.
We are staffed:
6:00am to 1:00pm Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am Friday.
4:00 pm till 8:00pm Monday to Thursday.
By appointment early Saturday morning.
